Please accept my sincere THANK YOU for the Bluewave Professional Pet Sitter software. It has done nothing less than totally revolutionized the business systems of my eight year old company, Pet Net, Inc. We reduced overhead and are keeping much more of our money. We have a better feeling of being in control of our growing business. We are even considering expanding to a larger service area. This was not feasible before Bluewave. I have a staff of 25 pet sitters covering a farily large area. We were manually entering all client data and spending too much time on the telephone in follow-up and visit detail coordination. We hired an office assistant to help with client and pet sitter coordination, invoicing and accounts receivable, and confirmation of visits with clients. We did not easily travel because of the myrid of details to attend to.

Your software has completely changed our enjoyment of owning a large pet sitting company. We no longer need the office assistant and the cost savings are tremendous. I wish I had started with you years ago and yours is the ONLY bill I actually enjoy paying each month. I have been totally impressed with your customer service and your continual updates of the software in response to business owner requests. You answer the phone when I call and always call back quickly if I leave a message. I could not be more satisfied with Bluewave. Boy, how time flies! I got your call (I think it was a couple weeks ago?), but didn't have a chance to get back to you. Thanks for calling to see how things are going wIth me. I'm very pleased and happy to report that business is BOOMING! 

I hope the same is true with you, as I am REALLY enjoying the Bluewave software and use it constantly for booking, invoicing, labels, and eventually, credit card capability. My computer-savvy customers LOVE the online reservation capability and it generates a lot of business for me without even picking up the phone. My little business (started in July 2004) has grown to an 85-customer base with new clients coming on board each month. I'm happy to report the addition of staff this year and now have 1 employee, 1 IC, and will be hiring again after the first of the year.

I am so excited--so far for the month of August, 50% of my clients have paid by Paypal when the Pet Sitter Assistant emailed them their confirmation. These funds came in over a week earlier, on average, than they otherwise would have. Furthermore, people seem to be more liberal in scheduling extra visits, knowing it would go on their credit card and they didn't have to fork over the cash just as they were leaving on vacation. Many remarked about the professionalism of the emailed invoice. Lastly, even though I never looked at going to the bank to deposit checks as a chore (grin) I never realized how much time it took for me to process them and run off to the bank. A few clicks of the mouse and the money is in my account--I like that! The processing fees are some of the lowest in the industry, plus I am able to recoup the lion's share of them through rebates by using my Paypal debit card. My accountant thinks the program makes alot of sense. Even without Paypal, the Accounts Receivable section of BPPS makes my financial life so much easier to manage. Thanks for a great product.

As owner of a rapidly growing pet sitting business, my life was becoming quite frazzled . . . until I discovered Bluewave Professional Pet Sitter. When I first heard of it and visited the website, I thought it sounded like a good idea, but just not for me. I thought my business was too small to benefit and the cost of the program wouldn't be justified.

Several months later, another pet sitter encouraged me to take the time to have a live demo, where I could really see the various features IN ACTION. I was blown away. I could immediately grasp the time-savings aspect of it and the elimination of constant phone calls and duplicate entries caused by schedule changes. After using it for 2 months, I am a fan. The number of steps and processes I now have to perform has been reduced dramatically, concurrently limiting further any margin for errors.

The fact that I can give my sitters access to portions of the system for their schedules, invoicing/payroll, updating client records, and others was just icing on the cake. The sitters really love it--less time spent chasing over to my house to pick up files, convenient schedules print out for them, and a myriad of other advantages for the individual sitters.

And with this recent virus attacking my computer, I was extremely grateful that my business records could readily be accessed from another computer--a real blessing.
